‘Scholarship Programme for Diaspora Children (SPDC)’
“The Ministry of External Affairs is executing Scholarship Programme for Diaspora Children (SPDC) Scheme for pursuing undergraduate courses. 150 scholarships are given to the children of PIO/NRIs, children of Indian workers working in ECR countries; and children of Indian workers working in ECR countries but the children are studying in India.
