Instructions to students availing various scholarship schemes administered by ICCR
Foreign students availing various scholarship schemes administered by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), New Delhi, will have to stay in Hostels provided inside university campuses by universities/colleges in India. No exemption will be given to stay outside hostels to stay in private housing, whatsoever is the reason.
